AI visibility for consumer and D2C brands

When people ask AI what to buy, does your brand come up?

We measure how often ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI answers mention and cite your brand, then fix what's missing. Built for brands in India, the Gulf and SEA.

Operator-led and done for you. Not another dashboard to log into.

Why it matters

Search gave ten links. AI gives one answer.

  1. Buyers ask AI now

People type full questions into ChatGPT and Gemini. Which sunscreen works in humid weather. Which protein brand is worth it. They get one answer, not ten blue links.

  2. AI names only a few brands

An AI answer lists a handful of options, sometimes just one. If you are not on that short list, you are not in the running for that buyer.

  3. Ranking on Google is not enough

You can sit on page one and still be missing from the AI answer. The engines pull from other sources too: review sites, best-of lists, forums and press.

What we measure

Six things we measure

We run real buyer questions through each engine, more than once, and read every answer. The numbers below are sample data, not client results.

How it works

Measure, fix, measure again.

Four steps, repeated every month. You always know what we did and what moved.

  1. Map buyer prompts

We write the questions real buyers ask in your category and market. Comparisons, "best for", price and problem questions. You review and add to the list.

  2. Run and score across engines

Every prompt goes through ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. We score mentions, citations, position and accuracy against your competitors.

  3. Fix

We do the work, not just the report.

  4. Re-measure monthly

Same prompts, same method, every month. You see what moved, what did not, and what we are doing next.

Who does the work

Ankit Gupta, founder.

15 years in growth. Ex-Grab, Jumia and Groupon.

I've run growth for consumer brands across Southeast Asia, Africa, India and the Gulf. One pattern keeps coming up. A team buys a tool, gets a dashboard full of scores, and nothing changes. A score does not fix itself. Someone has to write the page, fix the schema, get the brand onto the right lists and chase the reviews. That is the job I do. You get the measurement, and you get someone who acts on it every week.

FAQ

Straight answers

What is AI visibility?

It is how often, and how well, AI assistants mention your brand when people ask questions in your category. We look at ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, and check whether they name you, link to you, and describe you correctly.

How is this different from SEO?

SEO gets your pages ranked in a list of links. AI visibility is about whether the engine names you in the answer itself. The two overlap, and a solid site helps both. But AI engines also lean on third-party sources like review sites, best-of lists, forums and press. Good rankings alone do not guarantee a mention.

Which AI engines do you track?

ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews by default. We can add Microsoft Copilot, Claude or others if your buyers use them.

Which markets and languages do you cover?

India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. We run prompts in English and, where your buyers use them, in Hindi, Arabic, Bahasa Indonesia and Malay. Answers often differ by country and language, so we report them separately.

How fast will we see results?

The measurement is quick. Changes to the answers take longer and vary by engine. Engines that search the web live, like Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, can pick up changes within weeks. Answers that rely on what a model learned in training move slower, often over months. We re-measure every month so you can see what is moving and what is not.

What is in the free snapshot?

A set of buyer prompts for your category in one market, run across the four main engines. You get your mention rate, citation rate and share of answer against up to three competitors, plus the top gaps we would fix first. No obligation and no sales deck.

Do you guarantee placement in AI answers?

No. Nobody controls what these engines say, and anyone who guarantees placement is guessing. What we can do is measure honestly, fix the things that shape the answers, and show you the trend every month.
